These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 499det ("499det", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 499det platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any other services offered at https://499det.biz and its associated mobile interface.

By creating a 499det account, accessing the 499det login portal, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 499det platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Unclaimed Balances: If a 499det account remains inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, 499det reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee of ৳50 per month to the remaining balance. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed bet is not possible except where 499det determines that a market has been voided due to event cancellation, postponement, or technical error.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned or suspended before reaching its natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market, which are available in the 499det help section.
• 499det reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet, at any time, at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled.

• Interruption of service due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.
